It wasn't supposed to be comforting but informative. It not being comforting is actually rather good. If more wardens are disturbed by this they may investigate before it's too late.

Report the details to the wardens that actually bother doing something. Like Omega or Miss Persson. [And people wonder why he thinks most wardens suck :|]

You know I really like the sarcasm, that's useful, but my question was more toward the how.

Analysing the information, performing tests if possible, observe, thinking of possible causes and eliminating the wrong guesses through the aforementioned methods... What you do when investigating.

And I wasn't sarcastic. If it weren't for a few exceptions, there probably wouldn't be a reason for me to defend the wardens when there's a complaint regarding their competence.
